Pre-order & Mixed Orders
1. In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
2. Pre-order items are dispatched no later than the pre-order date shown on the product page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the Company will ship them together once all items are ready (based on the latest pre-order date). To ship separately, please place separate orders.
3. Dispatch may be delayed during sale periods; no dispatch on weekends and public holidays.
High-Value Items
1. High-value items always require signature and are shipped with insurance (declared value) to ensure safe delivery.
Decorative Items
Any decorative items (including rough stones, crystal clusters, geodes, crystal points, crystal spheres and ornaments) and loose-stone items shipped outside Hong Kong incur additional freight, calculated by the weight and size of each item. You must settle the goods and shipping charges in full; dispatch will be arranged after verification.
