Warranties
- When you receive a new product and discover that it has been damaged by non-human factors, please contact our customer service first. We will then replace the new product at no charge.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or human negligence caused by damage (such as collision, extrusion, abrasion, or fading), and the cost of repair is subject to discretionary charges.
- If the goods are damaged and require repair, the repair cost will be assessed according to the circumstances, and both parties will bear the transportation costs.
- Please package the product securely when mailing it, as we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transportation.
- Note: The warranty applies to new products only.
Repair Service
- New products that are damaged within three months of purchase are eligible for free repair.
- If store goods require repair, the store may, at its discretion and depending on the extent of the damage, modify the items and repair-related services and charge for the cost of repair.
Notes
- Each natural stone is slightly different in color, so please ensure you can accept this before purchasing. After production, the actual product cannot be 100% identical to the product photo.
- Due to the fact that everyone’s computer, cell phone, and mobile device screen monitors are unique, some color differences are unavoidable; however, the photographs will attempt to convey the true appearance of the item. If you are unable to accept this, please exercise caution when ordering.
- All items are handmade and will be shipped within 5 business days of confirmation of your order. If the material is unavailable and you must order it, it will be shipped within 7-14 business days.
