Goods Return and Exchange

The majority of the materials used to create SELUNA jewelry are natural ores, each with a unique texture, defects, and slight color variation. Gems naturally contain cotton wool, black dots and lines, and ice cracks. Please shop online only after you have confirmed that you accept this, as all pre-ordered products that are not defective cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been sold. Thank you!

The conditions listed below are not considered defects:

  1. Chromatic aberration:. Every computer exhibits some degree of chromatic aberration, and the actual goods shall prevail.
  2. Natural ores: Each natural ore is unique, with its own distinct natural texture and defects.
  3. Metal scratches: Minor scratches on the metal surface caused by friction are to be expected.
  4. Size error: Sizes may vary due to measurement errors, and the normal range is between 0.5 and 1 cm.
  5. Crooked diamonds and overflowing glue: Because all jewelry is handmade, a slight offset, unevenness, or residual glue is inevitable.
  6. Ear pin bending: Because all silver ear pins are relatively soft, a slight bend is to be expected.
  7. Slight variations in the metal welding points, minor scratches, or small bumps on the plated surface are to be expected.

We will address any follow-up issues as soon as possible after receiving your return request Please take note of the following:

  1. Confirm the goods you ordered as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt. If the goods are damaged, scratched, or have damaged packaging as a result of non-human factors during transportation, we will conduct a defect or damage identification and promptly replace them with new products. Seven days after purchase, no product may be returned or exchanged (since the date of receipt).
  2. To contact us about any processing or communication, please send an email to info@selunacom.hk. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange or return based on our evaluation of the products presented to us. We will bear the shipping costs associated with the exchange and return of the goods in the aforementioned cases.
  3. When exchanging goods, please keep them brand new and return them in their original packaging.
  4. If the product is returned to the store in an incomplete state due to misuse, disassembly, or other human factors such as malfunction, damage, abrasion, scuffing, scratching, soiling, or incomplete packaging, the store reserves the right to recover the cost of restoring the product to its original condition or to request payment of the product’s price proportionate to the state of preservation.
  5. Because pre-ordered goods are difficult to resell after they are returned, their return and exchange will not be accepted.

SELUNA reserves the final decision on return and exchange, as well as the right to interpret the foregoing.

For online customers, please contact us if you discover any damage or are dissatisfied with the product’s quality after receiving it. To arrange an exchange, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods or call/whatsapp our customer service hotline at +852 6606 1668.

The buyer is responsible for return and exchange postage. (The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please package the mail properly to avoid damage to the returned goods during transportation.)

All products purchased in the physical shop are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Customers should inspect the goods upon purchase.

In the event of a dispute, SELUNA reserves the right of final decision.
