International Shipping
- All items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. After shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code.
- Regulations governing importation vary by country. Depending on the laws and regulations in the country of delivery, import duties, value added taxes, and customs clearance fees, among others, may be assessed, which we cannot predict. If these fees are assessed, you will be held liable. Please exercise caution prior to ordering.
- We will deliver your order according to the shipping company’s schedule. Generally, delivery takes between 14 and 20 working days (depending on individual areas).
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for any products that are seized by customs or for any delays in delivery caused by customs clearance procedures.
- Any ornaments (including raw stones, crystal clusters, crystal caves, crystal pillars, crystal balls, and crystal ornaments) and crushed stone goods delivered outside of Hong Kong will incur additional shipping charges. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and size of each item. Before shipment can be arranged, payment and shipping charges must be received in full. All orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong and are delivered to the customer by the Hong Kong postal service or a third-party shipping company.

- All products will be packaged multiple times to ensure their integrity; if not, they will be returned or exchanged.
- All items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, we will hold your order until all items arrive before shipping it together. If you wish to have your order shipped separately, please place it separately. Delivery times may vary depending on the mode of transportation used. Delays may occur in the event of a special event. (There will be no shipments on weekends or public holidays.)
- Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as possible, but no later than the pre-order date specified on the webpage. (If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the most recent pre-order date will be used as the shipping date, and the items will be shipped together.)
- When completing the order form, please ensure that your name, email address, and phone number are correct, as well as the delivery address, in order to expeditiously deliver the merchandise to the designated location. We will not be liable or compensate you for any loss caused by your incorrect information.
- If you provide an incorrect address or other information, you will be responsible for the postage and we will arrange for it to be resent.
- S.F. Express and Hongkong Post are the carriers we use. Your rights in connection with the delivery of goods are governed by the relevant company’s terms and conditions, which you may obtain upon request. By utilizing our services, you consent to our entrusting S.F. Express or Hongkong Post with all shipping related matters. We shall not be liable for the relevant company’s acts or omissions.
- When placing an order, please ensure that the shipping list information contains the correct address/pick-up location. Following shipment, the system will email the registered email address with a tracking code. My Account <Order History> contains the tracking code.
